Standard

For most orders, allow 4-9 business days for delivery. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery.

Two Day

Order must be submitted before 12:00pmEST Monday-Friday.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items Only: We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for any other reason, such as a change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Proof of Damage: To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as a copy of your order confirmation.

Provide Information: In your message, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the required photos of the damaged or defective item.

Await Confirmation: Our team will review your claim and respond with instructions on how to proceed. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

You have 15 days from the estimated delivery date or actual delivery date of your last shipment, whichever date is later, to return items by mail for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns are only processed for damaged or defective products.

Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed by returns system. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.
